These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of rendereddigital.io and the free community apps we publish from this site. We've kept them short on purpose. By visiting or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What this page does not govern

If Rendered HQ LLC is providing a hosted service, custom build, or ongoing engagement to you as a customer under a signed Cloud Service Agreement (or similar written contract), that contract governs the service — not these Terms. These Terms apply only to your use of the public website and our free community apps.

The site

Rendered HQ LLC operates this site to showcase products and accept inquiries. The site is provided as-is. We may change, suspend, or remove any content at any time without notice. We do not promise the site will always be available, accurate, or error-free.

Free community apps

We publish a small number of free community tools — currently Boltkey, BOOM?, and SetKey. Those tools are provided free of charge, without warranty, and without an ongoing support obligation. Each tool has its own page describing how it works and what data, if any, it stores. Use them at your own risk; do not rely on them for safety-critical, medical, or legal decisions.

Acceptable use

When you use the site or the free apps, you agree not to: interfere with or attempt to circumvent normal operation; access or attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that aren't yours; introduce malware or harmful code; scrape or harvest data in violation of applicable law; or use the site to send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, harassment, or unlawful content. We may suspend or block access for material violations.

Intellectual property

All content on the site — including text, images, code, and branding — is owned by Rendered HQ LLC or licensed to us. You may link to public pages and quote brief excerpts with attribution. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the site or its source code without written permission.

Privacy

Our handling of visitor information is described in the Privacy Policy. The companion Acceptable Use Policy applies to use of any hosted service we operate for a customer.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The site and the free apps are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rendered HQ LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the site or the free apps, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Where any liability is found, it shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or use of the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in St. Clair County, Illinois, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current effective date is at the top of this page. We will not reduce protections retroactively without notice.
